Pumpkin Patch

We went to a local pumpkin patch to try to get some pictures and have some fun. Pictures didn't really turn out but Chance had a blast! They had a bounce house and Chance couldn't get enough, K decided to just watch, but she got a cookie so she was happy too!

A few days later we were hanging out with Andrew and went up to a pumpkin patch that is walking distance from the house,wanted to carve a pumpkin and eat some seeds! Before we did everyone tried on their costumes...

Grandma Ro-Ro's visit

Before we drove to Virginia Beach we met with my cousins Lindsey, Torey and my aunt Genny for lunch at Panera. I'm the biggest fan of panera!!

When we got to my Grandma's the weather got pretty cold and rainy so we spent most of the day inside playing. Here Chance is showing off his new skill! K's attempts are pretty funny to watch. Since the kids were stuck inside all day they had a lot of energy, but somehow my amazing grandma rocked Chance to sleep!

The night before we left to head home we went over to My Aunt and Uncle's house for a delicious dinner! My cousins are awesome! They played with the kiddos before and after dinner so I could sit and relax. I definitely want to go back and visit! Thank you Grandma Ro-Ro for having us, we had lots of fun with you!

Nana's House!

After we left the Pecks we headed to Fredericksburg to visit my Nana. I love going to her house, it's so peaceful! Right when we arrived she had our day planned, my nana is one of the most active people I know. She moves faster than I do with the stroller! We headed to a fall festival that had lots for the kids to do! Chance loved every minute of it! K was a little hesitant but towards the end she started playing. They even had pig races that was tons of fun to watch!

I love Fall up North!

That Monday we went to the Leesburg outlets, it was awesome!!! They have a crate and barrel, pottery barn and william sonoma outlet! After we left we headed West to my Aunt's house, you can see the Appalachian Mountains from their house! Their house is so neat! They live on lots of land, so the kids loved running around and feeding the llamas. The next door neighbors had a horse so we went over to see it, K was super excited! It was great catching up with my Aunt and Uncle and Cousin, I don't get to see them much so I'm glad we all hung out.

I loved visiting my Nana, she is so full of life! I'm hoping she will come down and visit us soon!!

D.C. and Pumpkin carving

While we were up in Virginia the kids and I took the metro into D.C. to have lunch with Raquel. After a few hiccups we arrived and enjoyed catching up!

When Landon and Libbie were getting their pictures done the kids and I headed around town, we went to the mall, grocery store, and picked up a pumpkin to carve.

They had no interest of carving it, Landon and Chance wanted to play soccer with it and K didn't want anyone to have it.

Kelley carved the pumpkin, K and Landon put their hands in to clean it out but really didn't want to do it. Chance stayed pretty far, he hates to get dirty! My good boy!!

We had loads of fun being with the Pecks!! I would love it if they packed up and moved here already!! :) Can't wait til Thanksgiving!

On the Road

I was hoping to do a little bit more blogging last night but Nana and I got a little side tracked up in the attic. It was a very entertaining evening! I'm now driving back with a lot more than I came with, but its much appreciated! I love free stuff!
We are leaving today to go visit my grandma Rowe, then Thursday we will be back on the road to head back to Florida. Once I get back and settled in, I will post more pictures! We have loved visiting everyone but they cold weather is awful! We are ready to get back into our bathing suits!

Playdate with Trains

We are very happy to be back home! The 9 hour drive turned into 11, within an hour being on the road K had thrown up. Of course I stopped and it was pouring down rain and about 40 degrees, not fun! I stopped to get myself a VENTI coffee to keep me going not to long after that I drank a route 44 dp and I was ready to go! Unfortunately I drank both way too fast and a pee stop was a must!! Getting two kids out of the car when you desperately have to pee is not fun! We stopped at a sonic so I could get another soda. So finally we got out of Virginia and we were making good timing til we got to South Carolina. I will be the first to say I have had a problem with a lead foot but I don't speed as much with the babes. I was keeping up with the pack and then they stopped me! I was hoping he could smell the horrific smell of vomit pouring out of my car from the many times they had puked during our 2 week trip( they kept getting car sick from the curvy roads) and would understand why I was in such a hurry to get home. But no sympathy and now I owe S.C. 185 dollars!! But we arrived safely to Jacksonville and now back in Orlando, in 2 weeks we will be back on the road for our big move!!

After Sean left it was 3 adults and 4 kids so it was time to burn energy! We headed to the mall to do a little shopping and bring the kiddos to the play center. It was all trains!

Kinley protecting her train. She would not let anyone near it, if they dared she was not afraid to put her finger in their face and say No! It's something I definitely don't approve of her doing but we found it pretty funny that she was yelling at kids much bigger than her and they would listen.

Holding baby Libbie! K loved trying to help! After a couple of hours running around Andrew took the boys home and let the girls shop. It was so nice shopping with Kelley and Libbie, usually it's just the 3 of us and it gets pretty crazy!

We left last Saturday morning around 6:30 to head up to Lorton, Va. We were all so excited to see the Pecks and to meet Libbie! The drive went by pretty fast and the kiddos were good for the most part being in a car for 12 hours.

Sunday we took it pretty easy, we took the kids on a snake hunt, and Chance insisted that they all hold hands. A few times Landon tried to get away but Chance always caught him. After the kids burned some energy we had the boys grocery shop and the girls pick up the wine. Kelley and I definitely would like to have that job everytime! The guys grilled out and the food was delicious! Sean had to leave us really early Monday morning, we definitely missed him this week but had a ton of fun with the Peck family. I have lots of pictures to share so I will be posting a lot this week!
