Catching Up

It's been a month since I last posted so I figured it's about time, on the weekends we have been staying busy, pool, beach, trips and relaxing. Love summer time!

Sundays we play in a beach volleyball league and this past Sunday we were lucky enough to have Danny and Ali there with us, the kids love playing with them! Thanks Ali for playing and thanks Danny for playing with the kiddos!





This past Saturday we went to see Toy Story 3, kids were pretty excited to see it even though they have never seen 1 or 2. Previews were pretty long so it was hard to have them sit there for straight 2 hours but they did good for the most part.

Chance's haircut!!!

This weekend we all had mini vacations! Sean left Friday afternoon for a fun boys weekend in Dallas to see his buddy Darren O'Day, a closer for the Rangers. After he left the kids and I headed down to Orlando, we spent the afternoon swimming with Grandma Suzi and playing with Miss Cindy. Saturday I left for Longboat Key, my roommate from college invited me to go down with her and it could't have been a more perfect day! We hung out by the pool, rode bikes around town and spent some time on the beach! The kids mini vacation was with Grandma Suzi, Aunt Heather and Brian, eating cupcakes and playing outside all day, if you know how I'am cupcakes are definitely a huge treat for them, so I'm sure they were very happy to have their day! I came back early this morning for my mom's surprise birthday lunch, and she was definitely surprised! We are truly blessed with a great family and friends!

My little man loves his Thomas undies!!! We love not buying diapers anymore, K is in pullups and I'm hoping she starts to use the potty all the time. She loves sitting on the potty but is just to stubborn to do it every time. I'm hoping within the next month she will want to be like Chance!

Beach Days

Since it has started to get into the high 80s we have spent most afternoons outside, wagon rides, swimming or hanging out at the beach! We love living so close to the beach! The kids do so well listening, playing in the sand and just relaxing on the blanket that Sean and I decided to be on a beach volleyball team. We have friends on the team, and Danny and Ali come to play with the kids, so it makes it a lot easier to play!

March of Dimes

Just recently Chance's height and weight has been more noticeable while he is standing next to Kinley. He has always been 7-8 lbs,3 inches bigger but it seems overnight he has grown. I weighed him yesterday and he is 10lbs heavier than K! Most people think he is 4 years old!! He needs to slow down!

Saturday we joined thousands of other people for the March of Dimes 5k! We appreciate everyone's donation!

Sacred Heart Festival

Thumbs up!

Last Sunday we met the McKean's at the Sacred Heart festival and it definitely went better this year than last! Last year Kinley was pretty much scared of anything that moved and didn't want to get out of the stroller, this year they both wanted to ride most of the toddler rides twice! Chance is definitely more of the thrill seeker, he rode a roller coaster, and some ride that went around in circles several times. It was a lot of fun and we will be there next year to ride the bigger rides!

Loving the Warm Weather!

Yesterday we took the kids to a Suns baseball game, K and C have been to one other game when they were babies so it was fun this time to sit in the bleachers and watch with them. Craig and Lindsay came too and K wouldn't leave their side, she cuddled with Craig almost the whole game. I think she knows he is always the one that gives her treats!
