8 months to Go!

A girlfriend from the Y gave me all her old wedding magazines, and I'm having a blast looking at them! Sean and I have gotten the ball rolling and have alot of the "big stuff" done, we both are excited about this special time in our lives that its hard not going and getting things done. This past weekend Tammy flew in and we went dress shopping! We think we found the one!! I'm so happy that Mrs. McKean and Kelley were there to see it also. If only they both lived here, I would make decisions a lot faster, sometimes I get so scattered brain with what I like. Thanks Ladies for the fun weekend and week before!

A couple of weeks ago the Pecks and us decided to go to Magic Kingdom, Kelley and I had the great idea of having the kids match!! Aren't they they cutest! Landon and Chance even had gator hats on! We all had a great time but it definitely was hot!

Engaged!!!

We are ENGAGED!!!! Sean proposed this past Friday on the beach at one of my favorite restaurants in Anna Maria Island.We were suppose to be meeting my dad and Tammy for drinks at the restaurant, Sean and I got there before them and were told our table wasn't ready. So they sat us outside at a table all by itself. After Sean took a few quick sips of his vodka tonic he started his speech, I don't remember much of it but I was quick to say yes!! :) My dad and Tammy were never suppose to show up, it was an excuse to get us there. He did a great job planning everything out, and did AMAZING on the ring! I absolutely love it and am the luckiest girl to be marrying him! After appetizers and drinks we went to My Dad and Tammy's house to celebrate with family, Mrs. McKean and Danny were even there! The rest of the McKean's were in Minneapolis, we missed you guys (I'll mention in another post) We just wanted to Thank everyone for all the sweet messages and great weekend! We are truly blessed to have each other and look forward to start planning a wedding! I'll post more pictures from the 4th soon!

Catching Up

It's been a month since I last posted so I figured it's about time, on the weekends we have been staying busy, pool, beach, trips and relaxing. Love summer time!

Sundays we play in a beach volleyball league and this past Sunday we were lucky enough to have Danny and Ali there with us, the kids love playing with them! Thanks Ali for playing and thanks Danny for playing with the kiddos!





This past Saturday we went to see Toy Story 3, kids were pretty excited to see it even though they have never seen 1 or 2. Previews were pretty long so it was hard to have them sit there for straight 2 hours but they did good for the most part.

Chance's haircut!!!

This weekend we all had mini vacations! Sean left Friday afternoon for a fun boys weekend in Dallas to see his buddy Darren O'Day, a closer for the Rangers. After he left the kids and I headed down to Orlando, we spent the afternoon swimming with Grandma Suzi and playing with Miss Cindy. Saturday I left for Longboat Key, my roommate from college invited me to go down with her and it could't have been a more perfect day! We hung out by the pool, rode bikes around town and spent some time on the beach! The kids mini vacation was with Grandma Suzi, Aunt Heather and Brian, eating cupcakes and playing outside all day, if you know how I'am cupcakes are definitely a huge treat for them, so I'm sure they were very happy to have their day! I came back early this morning for my mom's surprise birthday lunch, and she was definitely surprised! We are truly blessed with a great family and friends!
